Tuna Canapes

These tuna canapes are the perfect appetizer to serve at your next get-together.

Ingredients

Can tuna fish                          -        7-3/4 ounce

Anchovy paste                        -        1 tsp

Chopped tomatoes                 -        1/3 cup

Chopped green peppers          -        1/3 cup

Worcestershire sauce             -        1/8 tsp

Russian dressing                    -        3 tsp

Quartered                               -        8 slices toast

Procedure:

Drain and mash the tuna fish. Blend in the anchovy paste, tomatoes, green peppers, Worcestershire sauce and Russian dressing. Heap on the toast.

Makes 32.
