Weight Watchers Breakfast
Choose from one of these healthy breakfasts to lose weigt.
SCRAMBLED EGG ON TOAST
1 slice wholegrain toast topped with 1tsp low-fat spread and 1 scrambled egg. Plus 1 glass orange juice and a bowl of strawberries.
BACON AND TOMATO PITTA
1 wholemeal pitta filled with 2 grilled rashers lean bacon and 1 tomato.
CHEESE AND TOMATO ON TOAST
2 slices wholegrain toast with 2 tbsp low-fat soft cheese and 2 sliced tomatoes. Plus 1 kiwi fruit.
PORRIDGE WITH RASPBERRIES AND MAPLE SYRUP
Bowl of porridge made from 4 tbsps oats with 135ml each of water and skimmed milk. Top with handful of raspberries and 2tsps maple syrup.
BERRY SALAD AND PEANUT BUTTER TOAST
Fruit salad made from a handful each of blueberries, blackberries and strawberries with 1 pot fat-free Greek yogurt and 1tsp honey. Plus 1 slice wholegrain toast with 1 tsp peanut butter.
NUTTY SHREDDIES
6 tbsps Shreddies with 1 chopped Brazil nut and skimmed milk. Plus 1 small glass orange juice.
APRICOT, SULTANA AND DATE CEREAL
4 tbsps Bran Flakes with 3 chopped dried apricots, 1 tbsp sultanas, 2 chopped dried dates and skimmed milk.
