Wild Pink Salmon and Salad on Open Face Pitta Bread
A creation of my own, a nice healthy meal with plenty of goodness, colours and tastes.
This is a creation of my own, I have listed all of the ingredients below:
1 x pitta bread, (sliced open and placed open on your plate),
mayonnaise, (spread on both sides of the pitta bread),
peppery salad, mixed salad or any other salad of your preference,
1 x tin of wild pink salmon,
2 x garlic cloves finely chopped and scattered over the salad,
3 x garlic sprouts,
2 x red chilli peppers,
2 x green chilli peppers,
1 x boiled egg,
silver skin onions,
salt and pepper,
It is obviously your own personal preference how many ingredients you use, but I have listed some amounts of ingredients that I have used, I hope everyone likes my creation and if you decide to make this I hope you enjoy!
