Zesty Chicken Fingers with a Side of Veggies

published by ageeinc on Jun 3, 2011

A recipe I whipped up in the kitchen this evening that I thought I would share.

Ingredients:::

Slitter meat (chicken slices, boneless)

Butter

Red onions

Garlic powder

Teryaki Sauce

Italian bread crumbs

Wheat Bread

Veggies

               First thing you need to do is pull out your hot plate  and set it to 250 degrees. Place your chicken in and start letting it cook.  Use a slicer to slice out the red onions above the chicken. About a half an onion will do. Then add a Lightly sprinkle of garlic powder along with a quarter stick of butter and a healthy addition of Teryaki sauce,and Italian bread crumbs. Cover the dish and turn up the heat to 300. Let cook alone , stirring occasionally. The onions and bread crumbs will melt into the chicken to season it very nicely. Sprinkle a ver small amount of salt and pepper. Put any vegetable you want on as side dish. Take your plate and place the chicken on one side on the vegetables and the other in a top bottom fashion. Take your wheat bread and cut it diagonally and place it in between them. This way the person eating can make like finger sandwiches with it. Of course the vegetables add an even healthy nice taste to it.
