Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
- Common Salt(NaCl)
- Butter(salted as well as non- salted)
- Dried Pop- Corn seeds, Jaggery or Sugar.
Cooking Appliances
- Saucer only of Glass or Bone- China
- Grater
- Glass Bowl
- Microwave Oven
Method
Serves 4.
- Take a Glass Bowl and put 1.5 to 2 tablespoon of Butter in it
- Add to it a handful of Dried Pop- Corn seed and a teaspoon of Salt.
- Mix the mixture well and cover it with it with a glass plate and put for 4 to 4.5 minutes in a microwave oven. Note: The Pop- Corn expands up to 10 times it’s original size on heating so take a big bowl.
- Grate half a cup of sugar or Jagerry.
- After the Pop- Corn seeds pop then sprinkle the Grated jaggery or sugar over it and put it to microwave oven for 40 to 60 seconds.
- After the process is over mix the Pop- Corn together and serve hot in a plate.
