Coconut Burfi
Make the traditional Indian dish of Coconut Burfi and celebrate.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients
- 1½ coconut powder (desiccated coconut)
- ½ tin of condensed milk(milkmaid)
- a few drops pink color, optional
- a silver sheet, optional
Method
- In a flat dish spread coconut powder and microwave it for 2 minutes. If you are using stove then just fry it for 1 -2 minutes.
- Add condensed milk and color. Mix well.
- Spread in the dish to get ¾ inches thick layer.
- Refrigerate it for some time and allow it to cool.
- Decorate it with silver sheet and cut it into square pieces.
- Store it in the fridge and serve it when required.
