Easy Meatballs

A perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 c. milk
  • 14 soda crackers – crushed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Pepper to taste

Method

Combine ground beef, milk, soda cracker crumbs, and salt and pepper using your hands.  When mixed well, form into walnut size balls.  Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Cover with your favorite barbeque or spaghetti sauce.
