Fabulous Chips
Perfect and wonderful baked chips that are low in fat, healthy, and delicious.
Serves 8 – Greet for parties
Ingredients
- 2lb of potatoes.
- 10 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil.
- salt and pepper.
Method
1.Clean and slice potatoes into small wedges, but don’t peel them!
2. Brush the wedges with the oil.
3. Bake the wedges on the first shelf of the oven for 20 minuts at gas mark 9 (240°C or 475°F).
