French Fries with Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil French Fries is easy to cook recipe and delicious to taste. Coconut oil and potatoes make the recipe nutritious.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
| Coconut Oil | 2 cups for deep frying |
| Large Potatoes | 8 (2 per serving) |
| Black Pepper powder | ¼ teaspoon |
| Salt | to taste |
Method of Preparation
- Peel off the potatoes.
- Cut them into strips of ½ inch in thickness.
- Soak these strips in ice water for 1 hour.
- Drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.
- Deep fry the potato strips until it is golden brown in color.
How to Serve: Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on it to make it tasty.
Chef’s Tip: Dry mango powder can be sprinkled on the potatoes just before serving.
