Healthy Roasted Almonds

A simple roasted almond.

Here is a simple and quick roasted almond recipe. Make a batch of these and take them along with your for a healthy snack. They are way better for you than eating chips or candy and will have you feeling full. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole blanched almonds
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Place almonds onto a baking sheet 
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until lightly toasted

     And there you have it! Easy to make and takes no time at all.
