Healthy Roasted Almonds

A simple roasted almond.
Here is a simple and quick roasted almond recipe. Make a batch of these and take them along with your for a healthy snack. They are way better for you than eating chips or candy and will have you feeling full.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of whole blanched almonds
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl
- Place almonds onto a baking sheet
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until lightly toasted
And there you have it! Easy to make and takes no time at all.
