Home-Made Granola Bars

Home-Made granola bars – good for you.

Ingredients

2.5 cups of All Bran or granola (or any cereal combination you like)
3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cups honey
1 mashed banana
1/2 cups melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

You can experiment and add cranberries, or chocolate chips!

Method

Set 1/2 cup cereal aside.  Combine other ingredients.  Place into greased 11×7 dish.  Crush remaining cereal and sprinkle over mixture.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  Wait 5 minutes before cutting.
