Honey Cornflakes Cups

My favorite recipe. Simple and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 90 grams fine sugar
  • 110 grams butter
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 120 grams cornflakes
  • 120 grams bubble rice or your favourite cereal
  • 100 grams roasted peanut or hazelnut or almond – chopped coarsely

Method

  1. Heat sugar, butter and honey on gentle fire until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture into another bowl and pour in all the dry ingredients. Mix well, until all the dry ingredients is covered by the honey mixture.
  2. Spoon the cornflakes into small cupcake papercups. Bake for 10 minutes at 350F or until lightly brown. Let the
