How to Make Instant Noodles

published by Ray Jones on Jan 16, 2008

A comprehensive guide into the art of making noodles.

  1. Get a pack of instant noodles (from just about any supermarket/grocery store/petrol station)
  2. Boil some water (approximately 200ml should be fine)
  3. Take the noodles out of the pack
  4. Add the noodles to the boiling water
  5. If the pack contains packets of seasoning and chilli etc. (it should), open the packets and add them to the noodles, you can add as much or as little as you like, depending on your taste
  6. Stir the noodles until they soften up
  7. Split the noodles apart with a fork, spoon, or another utensil (whatever you like)
  8. Now would be a good time to add any (optional) vegetables and such you may want to add*
  9. Stir so that all the ingredients become mixed
  10. If you would rather the vegetables and such were not mixed with the noodles, you may add them later (see below)
  11. Pour the noodles into a plate (or however many plates you have)
  12. If you would like to have the “vegetables and such” on top of the noodles, add them now.
