A quick and easy method.

Don’t you just love salt and vinegar potato chips? Here is a way to make salt and vinegar fries at home with a quick and easy method.
My family loves these, and they taste particularly good if you are sick with an old winter cold. When you are slicing your fries, you need to cut the potato in half lengthwise. Then, place the flat side side down, and cut the half into three pieces.
Ingredients
- One cup of White vinegar
- 1/8 cup of salt
- Sprinkled salt and pepper
- Small amount of oil
- Baking pan or cookie sheet
Method
Mix the vinegar and salt. Cut potatoes as directed. Allow slices to soak in the salt and vinegar solution around a minute before placing on baking pan. I soak about 10 pieces at a time, in shifts, so that I don’t waste so much vinegar.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake at 425 degrees until done. It will probably take around 20 minutes, depending on your oven.
