Meatballs and Cheese

For those sudden guests, marinate this mixture and freeze it. At the time of trying, thaw and voilal! A snack in no time.

Hello. Some guests are came to your house suddenly, marinate this mixture and freeze it. At the time of frying, thaw and voila! A snack in no time!

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams beef;
  • 2 onions, finely chopped;
  • 1 bunch spring onions, chopped;
  • 1 table spoon coriander;
  • 1 table spoon soy sauce;
  • 1 tea spoon oil;
  • ½ tea spoon sugar;
  • 1 table spoon cornflour;
  • Cheese cubes;
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

Method:

In a frying pan, fry the coriander until the smell comes and grind it. Set aside. Marinate the meats with rest of the ingredients except the cheese cubes. Leave it aside for about ½ an hour to 45 minutes. Shape the prepared mixture into small balls and deep-fry till golden brown. Cut the cheese cubes into smaller cubes. Secure each meatball on a cheese cube with a toothpick. Serve with cubes of cucumber for the extra crunch
