Mom’s Special Mix

Very healthy way to snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Cup of Dried Cherries
  • 1 Cup of Dried Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Dried Blueberries
  • 1 Cup of Dried Apricots
  • 1 Cup of Almonds
  • 1 Cup of Raisins
  • 1 Cup Cheerios (any flavor)
  • 1 Cup of KIX

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Seal in a zip lock bag to retain flavor. Snack as usual.
  2. Very healthy for children and adults. Excellent weight loss snack.
  3. One cup serving per person.
