Mom’s Special Mix
Very healthy way to snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Dried Cranberries
- 1 Cup of Dried Cherries
- 1 Cup of Dried Bananas
- 1 Cup of Dried Blueberries
- 1 Cup of Dried Apricots
- 1 Cup of Almonds
- 1 Cup of Raisins
- 1 Cup Cheerios (any flavor)
- 1 Cup of KIX
Method:
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Seal in a zip lock bag to retain flavor. Snack as usual.
- Very healthy for children and adults. Excellent weight loss snack.
- One cup serving per person.
