Oat-bran Muesli
A good way to get your vitamins and fruits.
1/2 cup oat bran

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds

3 bananas, kiwi, apples or oranges sliced, or a handful of berries

Method: In a medium-size bowl, stir together oat bran, oats and yogurt. (If the mixture is too stiff, add a bit of skim milk to thin it.) Place mixture in a container, cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, place mixture in individual bowls and mix in the seeds or sprinkle them on top, along with fruits. 2 servings
