Pineapple Vegetarian Cheese Ball
A light version of an old favorite.

Chef Lauren.
(Serves 30-34) Prep Time 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz) can of crushed pineapple, drained
- ¼ cup red bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cup green pepper chopped
- ¼ cup minced onion
- 1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
Method:
- In bowl, mix together cream cheese, pecans, peppers, onion, cilantro, and pineapple.
- Refrigerate 2-4 hours.
- Shape into 1 to 3 balls depending on your preference.
- Wrap and chill until serving time.
- Before serving roll in pecans or parsley depending on your preference.
