Potato Cakes

Mouth watering Indian potato cakes.
Ingredients
- 3 big potatoes, skinned
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup of milk powder
- ½ cup grated cheese (any preference)
- ½ cup liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Pepper and salt (for taste)
Method
- Wash potatoes and slice thinly
- In a bowl mix in minced potatoes, flour, milk powder, liquid milk, pepper and salt
- Add cheese and butter
- Stir mixture until a thick mixture is obtained (add more flour if necessary)
- Heat oil
- With a tablespoon, add a knob of mixture to oil
- Serve hot
