Raw Banana Bajji

Tasty Hot Bajjis.

Ingredients

  • Channa dal flour – 250 gms
  • Red Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda – 1 pinch
  • Iodized salt – as required
  • Water -  as required to make it as a paste
  • Refined sunflower oil – 500ml
  • Raw bannan – 15 slices

Method

Mix the channa dal flour with chilly powder, ghee, baking soda,and salt along with water as stated above and make it as a paste.  Dip the raw bannana sliced in this paste and put it in the Hot oil kept in kadai and fry it and take it out.

Amazing Hot and Tasty bajjis ready!!!
