Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Roasted pumpkin seeds….

What you need:

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon tamari

1 cup pumpkin seeds

How to make it:

1) Combine all of the ingredients in a frying pan and mix.

2) Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.

3) Keep stirring until seeds begin to puff up and crackle.

4) When over half of the seeds have turned golden brown,

pour them onto a plate to cool.

5) Serve warm with a little salt.

 Makes 1 cup of seeds.

    Nice recipe, but what is tamari?
