Savoury Hot Cross Buns

A different way to eat hot cross buns.
- Toast a hot cross bun under the grill, sticky side up.
- Turn it over, toast slightly.
- To the non sticky side add a slice of cheese.
- Pop back under the grill, toast until brown and bubbly.
- Enjoy!!
