Savoury Hot Cross Buns

A different way to eat hot cross buns.

  1. Toast a hot cross bun under the grill,  sticky side up.
  2. Turn it over, toast slightly.
  3. To the non sticky side add a slice of cheese.
  4. Pop back under the grill,  toast until brown and bubbly.
  5. Enjoy!!
