Sesame Cheese Ball Crackers

Great for entertaining: Cheesy crackers.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 pound mild cheddar cheese grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 pound butter at room temperature
- 1 cup sesame seeds
Method:
- Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.

In large bowl whip butter and add salt and cayenne
pepper. - Using spatula work in cheddar cheese
add flour and form into soft dough. - Refrigerate.
- When chilled make into one
inch balls and roll in sesame seeds. - Put on
aluminum foil lined cookie sheets and bake
for 10 minutes. - These can be frozen.
