Sesame Cheese Ball Crackers

Great for entertaining: Cheesy crackers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pound mild cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 pound butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup sesame seeds

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
  2. In large bowl whip butter and add salt and cayenne
    pepper.
  3. Using spatula work in cheddar cheese
    add flour and form into soft dough.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. When chilled make into one
    inch balls and roll in sesame seeds.
  6. Put on
    aluminum foil lined cookie sheets and bake
    for 10 minutes.
  7. These can be frozen.
