Simple Cauliflower Fry and Capsicum Fry
These recipes do not take much time in cooking. Try this.

First cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Take one cup of hot water and add some salt. Leave cauliflower pieces in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Drain the water. Heat a pan and add 1-2 tsp of cooking oil. Add one onion cut into cubes, add green chillies cut into bits. Let it fry for one minute until onions turn golden brown. Now add cauliflower and mix it well. Add red chilli powder, salt. Add ½ cup of water and cover the pan for about 4-6 minutes and allow it cook. Lift the pan to check whether the vegetable is completely free of moist and dry. If you want, you can now add, dessicated coconut 1-2 tsp, mix it well. Turn off the heat. Simple cauliflower fry is now ready to serve. You can also add 1-2 eggs after cauliflower is cooked. The egg should be added to the mixture and mix it well along with the vegetable and until egg is properly cooked.
First cut the green capsicums into small pieces. Take a pan and add some oil. Add onion pieces, green chillies, curry leaves and finally add capsicum. Turn the mixture thoroughly well and allow the raw smell to disappear. Now add some red chilli powder and salt. Now turn the mixture well and allow it cook well by covering the pan with a lid. After 5-7 minutes on medium flame, lift the lid and check whether capsicum is completely cooked. Now add dessicated coconut and mix it well. Turn off the heat. Simple capsicum fry is ready to serve
