Tasty Fish Balls

Very yummy fish balls, ideal as an “anytime snack” especially for kids.
Ingredients
- Fish — 1 kg
- Potatoes—-3
- Soy sauce—- half cup
- Salt—-according to taste
- Black pepper powder—1 table spoon
- Mustard paste—1 table spoon
- Aginomoto—-1 table spoon
- Chilli sauce—1 table spoon
- Egg—1
- Corn flakes— as required
- Oil—-as required for deep frying
Method
1. Wash fish thoroughly, then brush soy sauce over it. Put it in a pot with half cup water & boil it.
2. When fish get boiled, let it cool. Separate meat from spikes.
3. Boil potates till tender. Mesh it when cool.
4. Mix fish meat, potatoes, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, aginomoto & chilli sauce.
5.Now make medium size balls.
6.Beat an egg, coat the balls with the beaten egg.
7. Then roll that ball in corn flakes, press the flakes a little so that they adhere to the ball.
8. Heat oil in a skillet, fry balls till golden brown.
Serving tip: Serve with tomato ketchup
