Soak in a Cookie Like Bath

Oatmeal cookies and milk bath

The oats help coarse parts of the skin feel good and the lactic acid in powdered milk in this recipe will exfoliate your skin.

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

Put all the ingredients into a food processor until you have a mixture that is like fine. Store this in clean jar that you can seal. Put 2 scoops under warm bath water.

Smells heavenly

Snickerdoodles

You will feel calm with the combination of vanilla and cinnamon.

2 cups Epsom salts

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

6 drops vanilla extract

2 drops yellow food coloring

Combine half of Epsom salts with vanilla extract and yellow food coloring and the rest with the cinnamon.

Then put in bath water that is warm.
