South Indian Baby Corn Masala

Tasty……….

Ingredients:

Baby corn – 1cup (cut into pieces)

Tomato – 1/2 cup (cut into pieces)

Onions – 1/2 cup (cut into pieces)

Coconut paste – 2 spoons

Red chili powder, salt, oil, curry leaves, coriander,  - As required

Coriander powder/ Dhaniya powder – 1 spoon

Spices – Mustard seeds, Jeera – 1/2 spoon each

Red chilies – 1 (cut into pieces)

Ginger garlic paste – 1/2  spoon

Method:

  • Take a pan and add oil let it heat then add spices and red chillies let them pop.
  • Now add onions, curry leaves let them fry.
  • Add Ginger garlic paste let it fry for 2 Min’s now add baby corn.
  • Fry them for 2-3 Min’s and then add tomatoes and then coconut.
  • Let it cook then add salt, red chili powder, dhaniya powder and finally garnish with coriander and serve it.
