Soy Sauce Eggs

Using soy sauce instead of salt is healthier. This is part of my daily diet.
I love to eat eggs not only because they are healthy, but also because they’re tasty, this is my own special recipe for cooking “Soy Sauce Eggs.”
Ingredients
- 1 frying pan
- 7 teaspoons of cooking oil
- 1 egg (or more, depends how much you want to eat)
- 1 bottle of soy sauce (you won’t need the whole bottle)
Preparation
- Take out your frying pan and put it over a fire on the stove. Warm the pan up.
- Turn the heat down a tiny bit ,and pour in 7 teaspoons of cooking oil. Swirl the oil around and make sure it covers the bottom the frying pan.
- Crack an egg and pour it in the frying pan. Use your spatula to puncture the yolk.
- Swirl the egg around and when you think that the side of the egg facing up is solid enough, use a spatula to flip it so the top part is now facing the bottom.
- Press your spatula down on the top of the egg, so it will become solid, in a floppy kind of way. Turn the heat off.
- Open your bottle of soy sauce and pour it around the egg in a circle, around 4-6 teaspoons. You should hear a sizzling noise and that’s your cue to flip the egg over. Take it out of the pan.
Enjoy!
Note: For more eggs, just add an egg and 2 more teaspoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
