Soy Sauce Eggs

Using soy sauce instead of salt is healthier. This is part of my daily diet.

I love to eat eggs not only because they are healthy, but also because they’re tasty, this is my own special recipe for cooking “Soy Sauce Eggs.”

Ingredients

  • 1 frying pan
  • 7 teaspoons of cooking oil
  • 1 egg (or more, depends how much you want to eat)
  • 1 bottle of soy sauce (you won’t need the whole bottle)

Preparation

  1. Take out your frying pan and put it over a fire on the stove. Warm the pan up.
  2. Turn the heat down a tiny bit ,and pour in 7 teaspoons of cooking oil. Swirl the oil around and make sure it covers the bottom the frying pan.
  3. Crack an egg and pour it in the frying pan. Use your spatula to puncture the yolk.
  4. Swirl the egg around and when you think that the side of the egg facing up is solid enough, use a spatula to flip it so the top part is now facing the bottom.
  5. Press your spatula down on the top of the egg, so it will become solid, in a floppy kind of way. Turn the heat off.
  6. Open your bottle of soy sauce and pour it around the egg in a circle, around 4-6 teaspoons. You should hear a sizzling noise and that’s your cue to flip the egg over. Take it out of the pan.

Enjoy!

Note: For more eggs, just add an egg and 2 more teaspoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
