A simple fruit cake

Would you like a home-made cake, do not worry, there are provisions to which even a child can handle. The simplest fruit cake is the best example. Minimum labor input, content – the maximum. If you do not believe try.

Prepare:

6 tablespoons flour

6 tablespoons sugar

3 eggs

3/4 sticks of margarine

2 level teaspoons baking powder

20 g of fresh fruit (pitted prunes, cherries, gooseberries)

Fat

Bread crumbs

Castor sugar

Step 1

Look at just how easy it is.

Melt margarine, and after cooling, add the sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs and a pinch of salt.

Step 2 Mix all the ingredients and the delicious cake adds the fruit.

Step 3 form pans with fat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs to fruity dessert for her not clung.

Step 4 Pour the batter and bake them for about 40 minutes in the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 5 Simple cake with fruit now lands on your table.

Before serving sprinkle them with powdered sugar. This is of course a cake in 5 minutes, but it is still very fast.
