Apple Cake

A yummy dessert recipe.

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. Canola oil
1 egg
Method
Sift together the dry ingredients. Add apples, pecans and raisins. Stir in oil and egg. Mix together well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inched greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
Icing
5 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
5 Tbsp. milk
Method
Boil the ingredients together until thick. Pour over the cake.
