Banana Bread
This recipe is easy, takes little effort and comes out delicious for new cooks and well-seasoned ones as well!

Banana Bread
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Extra Large Egg
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Mashed Bananas
3/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Cream the butter and sugar and beat in the egg. Mix thoroughly and add the mashed bananas, water and vanilla. In separate large mixing bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add sifted ingredients to batter mixture and stir gently until blended. Pour mixture into bread pan or two small loaf pans lined with waxed paper. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.

Looks and sounds delicious. I cannot quite imagine how the extra large egg looks like though. I’ve never seen any in Slovakia or Germany …

I love this recipe. It will come in handy when my mom buys too many bananas than I can eat without them getting old. We’ll just make this delicious bread with some of them.
