Banana Loaf
Sliced Banana Loaf is the perfect makes the perfect snack especially with a warm drink.

Ingredients:
½ cup Butter/Margarine
1 cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
2 cups Cake Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
3 Ripened Bananas
Method:
Pre-heat oven: 350˚F or 175˚C
1. Line and grease a loaf pan.
2. Peel and mash Bananas.
3. Cream Butter and Sugar together in a bowl.
4. Add Vanilla Essence to the above mixture and mix thoroughly.
5. Add the Eggs to above mixture one at a time. Beat mixture well after each addition.
6. Sift Salt, Cake Flour and Baking Powder together and add to above mixture.
7. Add mashed Bananas to above mixture and mix well.
8. Pour mixture into the loaf pan.
9. Bake for 1 hour.
10. Serve when cool.
