Base for Homemade Pizza

My aunt told me this one, too.

10 tablespoons flour

5 tablespoons milk

5 tablespoons yeast

5 tablespoons oil

Salt

First pour the milk and oil in a bowl and add yeast and a little salt. Mix it up and let him add the flour gradually, while knead with your hands.

When we get a soft mass that we are not sticking to the hands, giving the elongated rectangular shape and put it in a baking tray.

When making pizza, we bake 15 minute.
