Beer Batter Rolls

Great tasting rolls infused with the power of beer!

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can warm beer
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar.

Method

Combine flour, sugar, and wam beer in a large bowl.  Mix well.  Mayh have to work in a little more flour.  Drop by heaping tablespoons into hot oil.  Fry until lightly browned, approximately 3 minutes.  Cool slightly and servie with butter.
