Blueberries Rainbow Surprise Muffins

These muffins, with blueberries and raspberries, are a great source of antioxidants!!
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole grain flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

Method
- Grease the Muffins pan, put the little paper cups in place.
- Preheat oven to 350F or 400F, depending if your have an Energy-saver oven.
- Combine the ingredients & Mix well, * But, Gently add in the “whole” blueberries & raspberries.
- Fill only 3/4 each muffin paper cups of the pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or more, check if the middle of one muffin is ready!
