This may take a while to post as right now I am salvitating reading this recipe.
1 3/4 all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter softened
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
1 more Tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
A. Heat oven to 375F Grease and flour 9 inch square pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In medium bowl, combine 1 3/4 cup flour, baking soda and cinnamon; mix well
B. In large bowl, beat sugar and butter until well combined. Add buttermilk, vanilla, eggs, and flour mixture, beat at low speed until moistened. Beat 1 to 2 minutes at medium speed or until batter is smooth.
C. In small bowl, combine blueberries and 1 Tablespoon flour; gently fold into cake batter. Spread in greased and floured pan.
D. Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Sprinkled powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
