Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins.
Combine and set aside:
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup melted shortening or oil
Sift together:
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoons salt
Combine milk and egg mixture with flour mixture: mix lightly. There will be lumps.
Put in 1 cup blueberries, well-drained.
Combine Just enough so the blueberries are evenly distributed.
Put in muffin tins, bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 20 to 25 minutes
