Brownies- A Ten Minutes Recipe

Hey to all the brownie loving people, its a very easy and quick brownie recipe you can easily try and enjoy at home :)

Ingredients:

  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • eggs 4
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Icing Sugar 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1.5 tea spoon
  • Cocoa Powder 5 table spoon
  • Cream half pack

Method:

Add eggs, oil, and sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric beater. Then add cocoa powder and baking powder and beat some more. Then finally add flour and cream and whishk with a wooden spatulla.

Cook in a MICROWAVE for 6 minutes.

Chocolate Sauce for topping:

  • Cocoa powder or baking chocolate 4-5 table spoon
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Butter 1 table spoon
  • vanilla essence 1 tea spoon
  • Sugar half cup
  • Dry milk 2 table spoon (optional)

What you have to do is melt the baking chocolate in the butter or in case you are using cocoa powder (mix it in the milk and pour in the melted better), then add the rest of the ingredients. Take it off the stove and let it cool for a few minutes then pour the chocolate over the brownies.

You can add nuts if you like! Or you can add other flavour than chocolate!

    What is a half pack of cream. I am unfamiliar with this.
    I love that they are done so quickly

    You can use fresh cream, half pack is almost half a cup! :)

    It took adulthood to make me love Brownies. Cool recipe that I could try! :)
