Butterscotch Blondies
They are great served still warm with ice cream.

Ingredients
1 cup butterscotch bits
1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
Directions
In a double boiler, melt together the butterscotch bits and butter. Stir in the brown sugar. Slowly blend in the eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the butterscotch mixture. Pour into a greased 13×9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
