This recipe is worth trying, and it’s cheap and nutritious for lunch time.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of cheese spread
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 medium bowl of whole canned mushroom
- 4 slices of white bread
Method
- Melted the butter and cheese on the frying pan
- Wash the whole mushroom, cut each mushroom into half
- Put in the mushroom into the frying pan, sauté until yellow brown
- Put in the bread and sauté together with the mushroom until the bread’s colour is dark brown
- Serve while hot
This meal is good for lunch, because lunch time the body need more calories to finish the work load until evening. The meal above is very nutritious, because:
- The one teaspoon of cheese spread contains calcium from milk which is good for bone
- The butter is very rich in vitamin E and vegetable oil which is good for skin
- The mushroom is good for balancing the body acid
- The bread is the carbohydrate for the body to continue working
This meal is also not too expensive, because the cheese spread is in one bottle form, the butter is in one box form and the bread is in one loaf form, and they can be used for 3 – 4 times meals cooking.
