Cheese Patties – a Recipe

Here is a doggone delisious recipe. My mom made it two weeks ago, yummmm!
3 Tablespoons butter
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
salt and cayenne
1/4 cup milk
pie crust already made from store or read my other article on pie crust recipes.
Cream butter, add beaten eggs, crumbs, cheese, baking powder, salt and cayenne and add milk to moisten. Line small tartlet pan with pie crust. Put a spoonful of cheese into each and bake having the oven hot. 450F for first ten minutes, then reducing to moderate 350F for remainder of baking, about 15 minutes more. Makes 8
