Cinnamon-sugar Cookies
This is a very good coffee cookie recipe from Finland.

- 1lb Margarine
- 2.5 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 5cups Flour
- .5 tsp Baking Powder
- .5 tsp Baking Soda
- .5 cups Cornstarch
- Cinnamon and Sugar
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, mix together flour baking powder, baking soda and cornstarch. Blend into creamed mixture, roll into 3/4 inch balls then roll each ball in cinnamon sugar mix. Flatten balls with a fork or bottom of a patterned glass. Bake until golden brown at 370 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 100 cookies.
This recipe was sent to me from my aunt her husband is Finnish and they often recieve traditional recipes from Finland, if you are a coffee drinker like myself you will enjoy these cookies very much with a cup of coffee or tea. If I come across any more recipes I will be sure to post them.
