ingredients:

200 g margarine

2 egg yolks

250 grams of wheat flour

50 gr cornstarch

1/4 tsp baking powder

100 grams of rice anchovies, fried, finely crushed

1 egg yolk, to spread

100 grams of rice anchovies, fried, mashed to a sprinkling of coarse

4 red chilies, seeded and diced small

How to cook:

Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Sift and set aside.

Beat the butter until soft, put the egg yolks one at a time, beat until blended

Enter the flour mixture gradually while stirring, add the anchovies finely ground rice into it. Stir well.

Roll out dough to a thickness of 0.3 cm, printed in the form of a triangle

Arrange the dough on a baking sheet that has been spread with margarine.

Brush the dough with egg yolk, sprinkle with rice and chili anchovies in the middle.

Bake in the oven with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes until cooked. Remove and serve.
