Cooking Without Mom: Baking Powder Biscuit

A side dish (biscuit) for any meal that is very easy to make, and healthy too. Enjoy it with added butter in the middle.

Ingredients

  • 375mL flour
  • 12mL baking powder
  • 3mL salt
  • 45mL shortening
  • 125mL milk (approx.)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450
