Dressing- An all American Favorite.

What You Need:

2pks Cornbread Mix (Corn Kits Brand)

2 Eggs – (Raw For Mix)

6 Eggs for boiling

2-3 Celery Stalks

1 Med-Large Onion

Turkey/Chicken Broth (Canned or fresh)

Salt & Pepper

Sage

Water

Pre Heat Oven to 350

What To Do:

Add cornbread mix, 2 eggs raw and water. Mix until smooth. Place mixture in a greased oven safe cake pan. Cook until done. NOTE: The above directions are on the back of cornbread mix package.

Boil the 6 eggs until they are cooked through. Approximately 15 minutes.

Dice the onion, eggs and celery.

Once the cornbread has finished cooking, crumble it into a oven proof pan. Once it is crumbled add your celery (rinse first), onions and chopped up eggs. Blend well until ingredient are evenly mixed through out corn bread.

Then you want to add your chicken/turkey broth. Be sure to add a little at a time so that it’s not over wet. Each time you add broth be sure to mix well. You want the cornbread to my real moist without it becoming soupy. Add salt, pepper and sage to taste.

Place cornbread in the pre heated oven for about an hour or until top becomes a toasty brown.

Serves aproximatly 10
