Crispy Fried Chicken Recipes

Recipe to make crispy fried chicken.

ingredients:

1 chicken , cut into 8-10 parts
1 teaspoon garlic grated
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites, beaten frothy
oil for frying

Flour Seasoning, mix together:

150 g wheat flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp coriander powder

How to make:

1. Marinate chicken pieces with garlic, ginger, and salt until blended.
Let stand for 1 hour to infuse. Drain until the water runs out.
2. Roll chicken in flour until blended spice.
3. Dip in egg white and then dredge again in flour and seasonings until blended.
During a 30-minute Diamkans so slightly dry.
4. Heat oil over medium heat much. Fry chicken pieces until dry mealy, and mature.
5. Remove and drain. Serve warm with bottled chili sauce.

For 6 people.

note:

To make the fried chicken crispy  , we usually mix the flour with baking powder. But beware, the use of baking powder should not be too much. Except for the bitter taste of chicken, chicken color also so unattractive. Because baking powder, baking soda too, makes us so quickly burnt cakes. Seen eye to less attractive.
