Deep Fried Homemade Chicken Nuggets

How to make the best tasting nuggets ever.

OK here is my Quick and easy recipe to homemade chicken nuggets. Feeds 4


Chicken Breast 

Panko bread crumbs 3 cups (homemade variety works just as well)

Flour 2 Cups

Eggs 4 

milk 1/2 cup

Step 1

Heat up a deep fryer or pot filled with oil to 375 degrees  

Step 2

Cut your raw chicken breast into whatever size or shape nugget you want (don”t cut too thick that they don”t cook all they way or too thin or they will dry up and overcook) i aim for sizes about 1 inch in all directions.

Step 3

in one medium sized bowl 

crack the 4 eggs and pour the milk into that bowl. Mix the two ingredients together.

in another medium sized bowl mix the flour and bread crumbs together.

Step 4

roll 9 or 10 nuggets in the egg/milk mix then in the flour/bread crumb mix till thoroughly covered. 

Step 5

Place the battered nuggets into the fryer for 8 minutes

Step 6

Remove from oil and dab a cloth or paper towel on the nuggets to clean off excess oil. let sit for 1-2 minutes then serve hot.
