French Breakfast Puffs
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So, why not start the day off deliciously~ Try these tasty French Breakfast Puffs!

Ingredients:
1/3 c. melted butter
½ c. sugar
1 large egg
1 ½ c. all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
½ c. milk
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat first three ingredients at medium speed until creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and next three ingredients.
4. On low speed, alternate in beating milk vs. flour into butter mixture- start and end with flour.
5. Spoon into greased mini-muffin tins, filling each about ¾ full.
6. Bake for 15 minutes and immediately remove French Breakfast Puffs from muffin tin.
7. Combine ¼ cup of sugar and cinnamon.
8. Lightly dip puffs into butter (2 tbsp) and then into sugar and cinnamon mixture.
9. Serve warm!
