This is an easy dessert made with rasberries or blueberrie.

3 cups berries
1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pint heavy cream
Pour Crisco and milk into flour and mix with a fork until it looks well combined (it will be lumpy.) Next, drop rounded teaspoons on top of berries (which have been placed on a cookie sheet) and bake at 375 until golden brown. Spoon these little goodies into dessert cups, flipping them over so berries are on top. This tastes great with heavy cream on top. Enjoy!
