Ham Biscuit Filling

A delicious ham filling for biscuits.

1 c. ground cooked country or regular ham

4 tbsp. butter

Cream biscuits

In food processor, grind ham into sm. pcs.  Add butter & pulse til combined.  Split hot biscuits in 1/2 & fill ea. bisciut w/ about 1 tbsp. ham mixture.  Prep time:  5 min.  Makes enough to fill about 36 biscuits.
